Scapa Skiren Review

A series of short reviews from the Bristol Whisky Lounge. Part 4/20
This was a new NAS release after they dropped the 16yo.

Scapa Skiren 40%
Colour: Gold
Body: Medium
Nose: Fruity, intense marzipan, vanillin oak, slightly feinty behind that, sweat? Used socks?
Taste: Watery to start, fruity but then that feinty note again.
Finish: More feinty.
Notes: Only 1st Fill barrels. Shame about the feinty notes, but my mate's Dad that we went with loved it. So could just be me.
63/100
